The world acclaimed Mariachi America plays nightly at the El Mariachi Restaurant and Cantina.  In the past the group performed at the Milwaukee Folk Festival, Universal Studios in California, the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, and has appeared various times on International Television.  It was recognized as one of the most prestigious groups of musicians taking part in the world class "Edinburgh Music Festival" in Scotland.  It was named one of the top three groups among the 3000 that competed that year.  The group was also featured on the "Prairie Home Companion" hosted by Garrison Kealer in 1996 on National PBS Radio.
